Families often face barriers obtaining the therapies their kids with limb differences need to thrive — from speech, physical therapy, and occupational therapy to adaptive tools that increase independence. Our grant program bridges this gap, providing critical funding to ensure every child has access to life-changing support. By investing in these services now, we empower children to reach their full potential and build brighter, more inclusive futures.
Children with limb differences often need specialized adaptive tools and products to participate fully in daily life, learn effectively, and build independence. Our grant program provides critical funding to make these essential resources accessible, from custom mobility aids to adaptive learning devices. By removing cost barriers, we help children thrive in every environment — at home, in school, and in the community.
Representation matters not only for students with limb differences but for their peers and the community around them. We all want to feel seen and apart of the world. Books are a powerful teaching tool that supports the understanding that limb differences are a part of what makes you unique. With your support we can continue to provide books to schools, libraries, and hospitals to support awareness through education.

We’re Building the TAR Syndrome Community Database!
TAR Syndrome is rare, and up-to-date information is hard to find. We’re changing that by creating a secure, community-powered database to support research, share resources, and improve care for people living with TAR. This project is in early stages— and we invite families, caregivers, and individuals with TAR Syndrome to subscribe for updates and learn how they can be part of this important effort.
Together we can ensure a more inclusive future, celebrating our uniquely and beautifully made families.
Grant applications for parents and businesses to further therapies and tools to advance the independence and quality of life for our limb difference community.
